Your allowance renews each month on the day you bought your plan, on monthly and annual plans alike. Nothing carries over.
Yes, in Settings › Billing. Moving up applies at once: you pay the difference for the rest of the period. Moving down, or switching between monthly and annual, applies when the plan renews.
In Settings › Billing, any time. Nothing more is charged, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Your conversations stay in your account.
Every payment comes with an invoice in your name, in Settings › Billing. Marketlyzer is run by Neurotext Consulting Ltd, a UK company that isn't registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. Business and Enterprise can pay by invoice: talk to us.
Your card is entered on Revolut's secure payment page and stays with Revolut. We never see or store your card number.
